1. Bachelor degree or above in relevant majors such as mechanical and electrical engineering;

2. Proficiency in product design and structural modeling using AutoCAD, Solidworks, ProE and other 3D design software;

3. Understand the basic knowledge of precision machining technology, sheet metal processing technology, and die casting technology, and be able to effectively reduce product design and processing costs in combination with the characteristics of the supplier's capabilities;

4. Familiar with common national standards and industry standards, and have a basic understanding of metal surface treatment processes such as electroplating;

5. It is better to have product thermal analysis and heat dissipation simulation design skills;

6. Have the skills to use common office software, and have the ability to express, display and communicate with work plans and summaries, and product design plan introductions;

7. Work conscientiously and meticulously, and have a good sense of teamwork.
