The IC Valley microelectronics technical team mainly comes from the US EXCELICS company. We have inherited nearly 30 years of rich experience and technology accumulation of the original company in circuit design, chip manufacturing, chip testing, and device packaging. With the joining of digital designers who originally worked at Triquint, Hittite, and Huawei, new technologies, new processes, and new materials have also been widely used in the R&D and production process.
Based on advanced and stable GaAs (gallium arsenide) and GaN (gallium nitride) process lines at home and abroad, IC Valley Microelectronics has strong design, development and mass production capacity of products in the DC-110G frequency range, such as low noise amplifiers, ultra-wideband power amplifiers, high linear power amplifiers, and high power GaN die, high-power internal matched tube amplifiers (IMFETs), multi-function chips, switches, attenuators, phase shifters, frequency multipliers, mixers, VCOs and other microwave and millimeter wave integrated chip circuits.
